Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
When suing an individual who lives in another state for breach of contract in small claims court can I also sue for the cost of court fees and cost of travel/accommodations of travelling to state in question to appear in court?

Not unless the contract specifically provides for such in the event of litigation.
