My boyfriend was arrested on May 22, 2009 for domestic battery on me and he also had a warrant- a DUI he committed 5 or 6 years ago and he also has an INS hold. I wanted to know what are the possible outcomes?....Also is there a way of him getting out of jail soon..He has been in jail for 2 months..he has like a pretrial for the domestic case in July 28..I really need help because he was the one working and now with how the situation is I can't even get hired by noone,..We are not married but we do have a child together who is 6 months old...I do have an attorney but I wanted to know and learn new opinions.

Since you have an attorney, they are in the best position to advise you. If you require a second opinion, you are welcome to schedule a legal consultation directly with my law office or with any other qualified immigration attorney. I will need a lot of additional information before I can advise you.
I understand that your boyfriend is illegally in USA and you are not married.
If ICE has a hold on him, it means that he will not be released after his domestic violence court hearing, but will be transferred into ICE custody. He may or may not get a bond (most likely, not). You shall consult an immigration attorney regarding your boyfriend's options, as he may be removed (deported) from USA.
