Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

Im a US citizen and married my wife here in the US as a tourist. we filed I-130 form and got approved. She decided to go home to Manila and wait for her visa there. We then filed I-824. Do I need to file another K-3 or I-129 form? or She will just have to wait for the notification from the US consulate in Manila.

When the I-130 is approved, it goes to the NVC, and the NVC will notify you about the next step (assuming that you requested a consular processing in Manila, Philippines). She can't (and doesn't need to) apply for K-3 visa if the I-130 was approved already. She will apply for an immigrant visa.

How long did you wife stay in USA on a tourist visa before going back to Philippines?

Did you request consular processing in Mnaila, Philippines?
