Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
I tried to file Eb1 on my own. I know I need to file my case either at Texas or Nebraska center. I live in IL. So I need to file at Nebraska center, right? If so, can you tell me specific mailing address for me to use to file?
Thanks.
Susan

For the EB-1 case, you should definitely hire an immigration attorney.
If you do it by yourself, you are facing a higher chance of denial and the RFE is very likely. All basic information can be found at www.uscis.gov (mailing address, etc).
