Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

my h4 visa will expire this coming sept. 2009. but im planning to go home in the philippines and planning to go back in US on june 2009. did the immigration will allow me to enter in US again since my visa is nearly expire.

if im holding AED is it allowed to have a long vacation (for example 6 to 8 months).

You can enter the USA on a valid H4 visa as long as it's valid (not expired) and sometimes a proof of H1B visa holder's current status can be required.

EAD is a work permit (which has no relation to a foreign travel). I have no idead what is AED.
