Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

i believe my neighbor is oprerating an unregistered business from her home. Previously she told me she helps bring immigrants into this county by vouching for them and preparing all their documents in addition to providing tax services. How do I get to the bottom of this and report her if in fact she is conducting this operation illegally? Starting in November continuing through May of the next year, her home draws non stop traffic from 7am-9pm on our tiny street. Traffic backs up so badly I cannot get down my own road. Her husband converted their attached garage to an office where all the people enter and wait outside. This activity has been going on for years and she caters to the Hispanic culture only.

Luba Smal Smal Immigration Law Office

It sounds like she is conducting an Unauthrized Practice of Law from her residence, which is a crime in all States. Only licensed attorneys are authorized to practice law (including immigration law) and give legal advice.

You may want to contact the Attorney General Office and the Illinois Bar Association (they have a Taskforce responsible for matters involving unauthorized practice of law).
