You can either file a Fiancee visa petition (provided that you travel to India to meet her in person), or marry in India and then come back to USA (alone) and petition for her as your wife.

In both cases, you will need to sponsor her. For that matter, you have to show that you earn income above federal poverty guidelines, or/and have assets, and can sometimes use a joint sponsor.
