Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
What can I do to sponsor my daughter-in-law who has been living in the state since was a baby her parent are divorce and the father never bother to sponsor her, she was brought here illegally and now she is 22 and married to my son who is a complete jerk and a citizen. I would like to sponsor her if I can she is the mother of my grandchild, I'm a US citizen.

Your son- has he abused her physically or mentally. Please let me know.
You can't petition your daughter-in-law. Her minor child can't petition for her. Your son, her husband, can petition for her. Only a US citizen husband and adult child over 21 can petition for her.
If he abuses her and there is a proof of abuse and domestic violence on his part, she might be able to self-petition for a green card under federal VAWA law.
You should consult a knowledgeable immigration lawyer, as not everyone is familiar with VAWA.
