Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
I am trying to keep my unborn baby's father from being deported i am in a high risk pregancy and it would be a harship for him to be deported as well as the stress is dirctly a result of the well being of this baby he has been in the us for 8yrs brought as a minor with his mother he has crimanal charges that were dropped he has good moral character and is hard working is anything that can be done
