Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois

I live in Illinois and an insurance agent had my wife sign my name to an insurance policy contract without my knowledge while I was out of town. What are my legal rights against this agent or the company?

If you want to rescind the contract then call the insurer and say it is not your signature although there may be some liability for your wife signing your name.
