New Administration Causes Problems in the work place

I am a RN for a Public Health District. I was hired to work 8-4 m-f 1 hour for lunch. 35 hour work week. I get comp time after 35 hours. New administrator wants to increase me to a 40 hour work week with no increase in pay and no comp time allowed and no overtime. I was also hired to clock in in one town and drive to other areas using milage. he wants to take that away.. what can i do?

Hello. The actions of the

new administrator are certainly unfair. Assuming

you are in Illinois, I suggests that you file a complaint with the Illinois

Department of Human Rigts. If

you have a union, you should

certainly file a grievance.
