Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I want to know if I have a case for harassment / hostile enviornment. I work for a law form and the attorney is the person in question I have worked with her 6 months she curses and uses racial slurs daily I reported it to the HR Manager and she jumped on the band wagon telling me to do my work and stop being so angry I asked her not to use this language in my presence but she continued. we have had several heated arguments. I have had serveral with the HR manager as well, she said I was a lair and was always socializing which is not true this type of behavior has been going on for years at this firm. we have no policy or procedures on how to report harrashment I have been there almost 8 years. the last big arugemnet with my attorney resulted in them moving me from direct contact with her but I work with another attorney that is under her supervision so really nothing has changed. Lots of things have happen too much to list

I think you need good counse,l if you're going to take on a law firm. It says a lot about you and your credibility if you have been there eight years.
