Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

If a company gives you a benefits package with holidays off and then when you sign the offer sheet they say your position doesn't get those holidays off are there any actions that can be taken since the holidays listed were in the offer sheet to begin with without any restrictions attached to them?

As you state, the holidays were in the offer sheet. An offer sheet is not deemed to be a contract.
