Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

Hello - My employer is based in Chicago and I sell remotely from Minnesota. My direct report Manager has made it a hostile work environment by being uncomfortably friendly with a new female employee. At dinners and outings he puts his arms around her, hugs her, tells her things like "Stick with me and you'll make more money than you ever did before". Little did I know that would mean that he was to give her over half my main commissioned account of 19 years and I had no choice but to go along with it. He tried to justify to my by saying she was logistically closer to the account. The new month old female rep is in a same type of role as me and has done nothing to earn the business and I have bust my ass off for two years and was awarded a three year multi million dollar contract with a major CPG company. Now the company is singling me out making me do weekly reports and other specific things I think to get me to quit along with cutting my pay 20% now, 20% in 3 months, and then 100% comm. No one else is being forced to do this like I am. I'm know in the industry and reach my goals and work verk hard at my career. I'm stuck in this situation and it's crazy. What can I do?

First of all, I want toc confirm that yoo live and work in Minnesota. Are your accounts and/or clients in Illinois? The answer to this question will help me determine if Illinois or Minnesota would have proper jurisdiction over this case. Next, you did not mention if you are male or female. Finally, you stated that you have had the account for 19 years. What is your age and the age of the new employee to whom your work was given?
