Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

My employer is refusing to pay me my 2 weeks vaction saying that I have none left I get paid salary and he is saying I am missing hours there for he is discounting my hours from there I have stayed overtime without pay on some days and I go in on my days off as well sometime is it legal what he is trying to do please help

I think what you are saying is that your boss took time away in the form of vacation pay for hours you were not at work. If you are exempt and salaried, this is not allowed. Additionally, although employers in Illinois are not required to provide vacation time, they are required to follow certain rules once they purport to offer vacation time to their employees.
