Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
It feels like im being forced to quit my job! My manager keeps harassing me,like abusive talking,intemadating,and cutting my hours.Two others and I have reported her for this and one did quit.We also sent an email to the main office,but still nothing yet.We do our jobs right but she wants us to do hers also.What can we do.Im stressed,my head hurts all the time and im affraid to go to work,I have even been sick over knowing I have to work with her.please help

It sounds like you have a complaint about your working conditions. When two or more employees come together to complain about working conditions, such activity is protected unde various labor laws. Is there a union at your workplace? Even if there is no union, you are protected.
