Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I filed a harrament claim with the Human rights dept. agaist my employer. They are asking me to drop the case in exchange for 1. 5-6 months severance, outplacement services for 3 months, and unemployment. I have been with them for 10yrs. Is this a Fair offer?
