my friend and i decided to get some drinks we got drunk she had the key of our job we weren't and the clock she decided to opened the door to go to the restroom and i went after here .. can we get fire for that even if i didn't open the door and i didn't have the key my mistake was to follow her..
well my question here is can i get fire to get inside of my job that night , even if i didn't opened the door and i was following her ......
i wasnt working in that moment ..

Yes you can get fired for this and virtually anything else. In Illinois, we have a concept called employment at will. This means your employer can fire you for any reason, no reason, or a made up reason so long as the termination does not violate a contract or anti-discrimination laws.
If you are terminated for the reason you articulated, you might still be entited to unemployment. If the employer fires you, your employer will likely object to your filing for unemployment by saying that you were terminated for "misconduct." It is at this point that I would strongly recommend experienced counsel to help you with getting unemployment.
