Hiring Illegal Aliens
If I know I have illegal aliens working for me, what are my responsibilities and what are the consequences? I recently found out that two employees are illegal, must I notify the authorities and can I continue to use their services?

It would appear that you would be in violation of one or more laws to continue to employ these individuals. I vaguely recall there is a process whereby you request that they prove their eligibility to work legally in the USA, which it sounds as if they will be unable to do.
