Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

paid holidays

My question is does a employer have to pay holiday

pay for full time employes who work 50hrs a week?

Also does the same employer have to give a payed

lunch break while woking a 10hr day?

Or are there any laws that deal with this.

Thank You for your time.

question is that employees,

the time that they work. Otherwise, the employer could

find itself facing a lawsuit

or strike.
