I have a Q: about clocking in I have a 10 min walk in to the time colck so i get to work 15 min before starting time but a train inside the plant stops me and cause me to be late. The Q: is should they pay me the sec i walk in the gate.

Assuming you're not the only worker with this problem, what do others do? Why don't you ask around first. And if this is a problem for others, then a supervisor ought to be told because it is affecting worker productivity. Point is it seems like the better course of action would be to help find a solution to what may be a problem management is not aware of instead of looking for a few extra bucks for yourself first. But if management is aware and is doing nothing, that's a different story and you are welcome to come back w/ more info.
