Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I also had one more question if I was working overnight shift are they suppose to pay me more then the first and second shift I know many company pays overnight shift by few more cent I don't know if its the law that they are suppose to pay little more for overnight shift or its company being nice to employee who work overnight and pay more i had this question in my mind because where I am working at currently they are not paying me extra for working overnight shift they pay me same as first and second shift.
