Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
I was recently fired from the company Hardee's because I was told I had two 1-800 call complaints, made on me, but I was also told that the phone number and email address were of another employee, so I dont believe I should honestly be fired over these false accusuations, when theres no customer to get a hold of ,since it comes back on to another employee?

Sometimes employers do not always give you (nor are they required to give you) the real reason for your termination, in fact, in Illinois, an employer does not need a reason to fire you although, if you're fired without good cause, you will likely receive unemployment benefits.
