Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
I was recently terminated and my employer's attorney sent a threatening letter asking me to turn over confidential information by July 2, 2010.
I do not have anything. How do i respond?

Did your employer have you sign a confidentiality agreement or policy? If so, that document will define what your employer considers to be confidential information. Often, employees are surprised to discover some of the things that are confidential. If, after reviewing the policy, you do not believe you have any confidential information, you should simply state the same in writing.
