Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
I have a stress fracture in my foot and my podiatrist has told me that I have to wear a boot for the next 3-6 weeks. Can my employer tell me that I can't wear the boot during work hours even if it doesn't interfer with my job responsibilities?
