transportaion for on other employee
do I have to provide transportation for a mentaly retared employee. termination threats and/ or reduce my work hours if I do not comply. I have to travel 20 minutes out of my way to pick up this person.

You are absolutely not obligated to pick up this other employee. From your posting it appears evident that you are also not being compensated for this extra chore and the gas expense. You may
have a lawsuit. Consulting an attorney would be a wise decision.
