Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
In a wage claim I have provided my attorney with several inriminating emails from the defendant in which they admit they owe me salary. Despite this, the defense has answered the legal complaint and denied that they do.
As the defendant has admitted they owe me salary in their emails, does their defense denial on file with the court, constitute perjury ?
