Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
I currently work for a company that does not allow there employees to operate a passenger vehicle if they take insulin injections. Is that legal and is it the responsibility of the company to find other jobs for the employee that can't work because he/her takes insulin injections?

This sounds to me like a blatant form of disability discrimination on the basis of perceived disability. If the person can lawfully drive then there is no reason why the employer should impose such a restriction.
