Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I work for a park district. My boss says that he is going to dock my pay because i got the work dump truck stuck and no work got done, can he do that, when i used my personal truck to try and pull it out, to run and get the city street department to pull me out.

State and federal wage laws prohibit your employer from doing this.
