Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I work for a private company with over 10 employees in the Chicago suburbs alone, over 100 globally. I work over 40 hours in one week, totaling almost 100+ every 2 weeks and they do not pay overtime. They only pay straight time. I am hourly compensated; this is not a government job. I am a lawn technician. Is there a legal matter here? If so, what should I do?

The situation you describe sounds like a violaiton under both Illinois and federal law. However, these types of claims are technical and require a thorough analysis of your job duties and compensation. We have successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in these cases and would be happy to discuss your specific situation with you. Feel free to call or email.
