Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
I work for a private company with over 10 employees in the Chicago suburbs alone, over 100 globally. I work over 40 hours in one week, totaling almost 100+ every 2 weeks and they do not pay overtime. They only pay straight time. I am hourly compensated; this is not a government job. I am a lawn technician. Is there a legal matter here? If so, what should I do?
