Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
I work at a small mom and pop restaurant. My employer is constantly putting down myself and my co-workers, and I feel like it is emotional abuse. I was wondering if I could take any legal action against the employer?

It depends on how bad it is and if the harassment is because of sex, gender, military status, disability, sexual orientation, pregnancy, etc.
