Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

My work just told me if I have a really bad menstrual cycle or am sick with diarrhea and need to use the bathroom I have to tell every supervisor in the building, is that legal?

You are entitled to reasonable bathroom breaks. Requiring you to advise every supervisor in the building sounds unreasonable. I feel like you haven't disclosed all the facts here.
