It just so happed that the day i told my boss i was going to have a baby was the day i was fired. He could not explaine to me what an unapproved employee was. Is there anything i can do?

I can't tell you what an "unapproved" employee means to your former employer. Additionally, you raise an inference that there could be a component of pregnancy discrimination BUT you stated thta your boss fired you "for" having an unapproved employee. In order to make a minimal showing of pregnancy discrimination, you have to show adverse job action because of the pregnancy. We would be happy to chat with you on your specific situation.
