Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I was working a Part Time seasonal position and I resigned 6/15/11 ( I worked 3 months and made $1700.00) I left because I could no handle the two jobs. I worked a regular full time job which happened to end with me being let go because of lack of work 6/17/11.I have been collecting unemployment and now I am geing charged with issue 003-601A voluntary leaving MY PART TIME JOB. They what me to repay all my unemployed they payed and are denying future unemployment pay. If my last job was a full time job in which I got laid off why are they taking payment away because of my part time job and wanting me to repay all that they issued? Whats my legal right to fight?
