It"s been two years since I heard from the EEOC office investigator, does that mean my case is not a good case for a law suite against my fromer employer?

Not necessarily. The EEOC is very slo wthese days. I havea client that just received a discharge from the EEOC but the EEOC found that a violaiton occurred. The discharge allows the client to file suit in federal court to enforce his rights. Find out at what stage your case is.
