Breaking a lease or contract
If your landlord gives someone that is not on the lease, without your permission, a key to enter your home while you are not there, does that break your contract/lease?

Depends on the reason they're entering, whether they got your permission and other issues. Generally, a landlord must give a tenant notice if he intends on entering the premises and even then he usually needs a reason.
