How do i evict some one from my property. They have never paid rent.my granddaughter has lived there rent free for 10 year's. She just moved her boy friend in with her.shortly after moving him in she went to jail. He refuses to move.

You have to serve him with a 30 day's notice and if he has not moved by day 31, file an eviction lawsuit.
