Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
HI, i let a friend stay with me she said it would be until she found a place and that she would help with bills ect. has been there for about two months now and has not payed anything so i asked her to be out by the 15th she said no so i got law enforcement involved and they said I can't evict her. Is there anything more I can do?
