Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
My landlord is trying to evict me. My son got arrested for possibly breaking into one of the apartments in our area and now I have received a 30 day notice. My son is not on my lease but stays here sometime.

Talk to your landlord; they may be ok if you can promise to keep your son out. If they won't buy that, it depends on whether your lease allows your son to live there. There are other questions an attorney would ask you.
