Return of prepaid rent
I was recently served with an eviction notice because I complained of no heat. I plan on moving at the end of this month which is October. The problem is, my landlord is holding my PREPAID rent for November, December, January and February and has refused to return it. What can I do?

handled situations like this before. I suggests
that you proceed as soon as possible.
