I have a small claims judgement against a previous tenant. When I received the judgement she was not ordered to pay anything at that time and has not done so (10+ months ago). What would my next legal step be? Located in IL

You have to start what are called "supplemental proceedings" such as a citation to discover assets, after which you might then be able to serve garnishments or get turnover orders.
