Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
My son, his girlfriend, her 2 children and 4 dogs moved into my home 3 months ago because they were evicted from their apartment. I have requested they help pay the utility bill and they tell me they have no money. I have "footed the bill" long enough. I told them they need to start paying for room and board - $200 a month or they will have to find somewhere else to go. I might as well be talking to the wall. Do I have any legal recourse to have them removed from my home? I am so stressed I don't know what to do. Thank you in advance for any advice you can provide.

You will have to evict them as well.
