Re: crown

I need a lot more information than what you have provided. Complications as the result of medical treatment (cosmetic or otherwise) may occur in the absence of negligence. In order to find out whether or not you have a case for medical malpractice against the dentist, we must have an expert review the entire dental records and give an opinion about whether or not malpractice has occurred.

There are other causes of actions against a doctor: battery (for having performed unwanted/unauthorized medical treatment in the absence of an emergency); fraud, consumer fraud and other possibilities.

I can give you a more focused answer if you give me a lot more information. You are welcome to call my assistant, Angela, and give her your information. I will then be able to contact you and find out more how I can help you out--or whether or not you can take care of this yourself.

I hope this helps,

Taradji
