Legal Question in Military Law in Illinois
Administrative Discharge with four months left on contract.
I was notified that I was being processed for admin separation for drug abuse. My EAOS is four months away if it takes them longer to ad/sep me will I just get out due to my contract being up.

It will NOT take them longer than four months to process your involuntary admin sep for drug abuse. They are aware of your EAOS and will expedite if necessary.
