How true is it that you are concidered ''legaly insane'' for 90 days when returning from a deployment. I have heard everything from it's true to it's a complete joke. Counting the issues with PTSD

This is totally false. PTSD is a very serious condition that needs medical treatment after an initial screening and found to be existing.
