There are no formulas. A settlement in a personal injury case is a factor of the nature and extent of the injuries, the type and the duration of the treatment, the sort of the doctors seen, the delay if any in seeking medical care, how and under what circumstances the accident happened, the amount of the property damages, whether or not you have screwed up your case by the statements you have given to the insurance company, the nature of lien holders if any, and many other factors and variables.
Only a person who has thoroughly examined your case and knows all the relevant factors can give you an opinion as to the value of your case. Your best option is to speak with a personal injury attorney who knows how to deal with the insurance company's shenanigans.
I hope this helps-
