Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

My girlfriend got in an accident today which was her fault they said. After reviewing the accident report I noticed that the officer wrote down some wrong information on the report suuch as the date of the accident and hercontact info. Is the report still valid with the wrong date reported

Yes-the police report is still valid.

However, you may use the errors to enter a plea of not guilty.
