Re: personal injury liability

Your safest route is to hire your own attorney. However, you are looking at fees of up to $10,000 if your case went all the way to trial. Please fee lfree to contact me if you have any additional questions.

Re: personal injury liability

You should feel free to contact the attorney for your insurance company to discuss everything. It may give you some short-term peace of mind. However, it never hurts to have your own attorney as well, at least for certain aspects of the case. If you talk to the insurance company's attorney, see if you can get him/her to give you an indication of where settlement negotiations are at at the moment. If it appears the case is going to settle soon, then you don't really need your own attorney.
