Police brutality
my minor son has sustatained major injuries due to the local police he has 8 stiches in his hand and needs surgery to repair muscles and has a black eye and swollen jaw as well as a busted lip the officers do not want to take it to court but wants him to plead to battery on them when he did not hit them they keep saying they do not know how he got his injuries but several witnesses said that they hit him with the car then proceeded to punch my 14 yr old in the face until he fell to the ground how do i go about placing a complaint as well as lawsuits for injuries against the police

A police brutality case requires proving that the officers used excessive force.
Photos of your son's injuries should be taken immediately, as well as medical care should be provided for his injuries.
A complaint for misconduct should be filed against these police officers as well.
